Short and plain. These terms cover the SPIOUN app for Mac and iPad. Last updated 2026-10-09.

Licence

SPIOUN is proprietary software published by 6S S.à r.l.-S. When you obtain it from the App Store you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, under the App Store's own terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it.

What SPIOUN does and does not do

SPIOUN reads data from your Google Search Console account and from the public pages of your sites, and shows you what it finds. It never changes your site, your code or your Search Console settings, except re-submitting a sitemap when you press that button. Any fix is made by you or by tools you choose, on your responsibility.

Google

SPIOUN uses Google APIs with your consent and under Google's terms. Google can change or limit those APIs; SPIOUN depends on them and cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.

As is

SPIOUN is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. 6S does not guarantee that it is error-free, that its findings are complete, or that following them improves your ranking. To the extent permitted by law, 6S is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the price you paid for the app.

Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes go to the courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply where you live.
